This 11" sclupture is of a Ulster Defence Regiment (UDR) soldier on a foot patrol in an urban part of Ulster. Throughout the conflict in Northern Ireland members of the Ulster Defence Regiment risked thier lives working, living and soldiering in the province. The UDR suffered the highest number of casualties in the British Army. The wooden base and an engraved brass plate is included in the price you see.
This sculpture has a UDR badge sculpted into the base between the soldier's feet.
